2. How to get a quotation from your company?
Kindly send your project requirements include its drawings/quantities to our email: admin@chinaruicheng, we will reply its quotation within 24hrs.
3. What is the quotation validity?
Our quotation is usually valid within 30days from the date quoted, unless the currency rate or raw material price fluctuates more than 5%;
4. What is your payment methods &Terms?
Paypal, Wire Transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance are all available for you to make the payment.
30-50% deposit is requested before production, the rest balance payment should be paid before shipment is our common payment terms, special projects payment terms will be discussed accordingly.
5, What material should I use for my project?
Most material has its application specific. If you don't have a material selected for your application, we can help and offer some guidance. Often several materials can be sampled but the customer has final approval before proceeding.
6. What is the lead time after placing the PO?
Commonly, prototypes project takes 3-10days, molds project needs 15-30days.
7. How do you control the product quality?
We have a strict and full inspection flow by having advanced inspection jigs/machines and one professional QC team. The finished products must pass this flow to get its approval to be shipped.
